Middletown is a small village in County Armagh. It lies two miles from Tynan, and close to the border with County Monaghan. It is known for its picturesque countryside, rolling green hills and drumlins. At the bottom of the valleys that many of the drumlins form, glens can be found with many tributaries to the River Blackwater flowing through them. The River Cor flows through the Middletown countryside right by the village, as did once the Ulster Canal.
